As you see in the next photo, using 'previously juiced' pineapple we didn't get that sumptuous pineapple foam on top, which really makes the cocktail. It has to be juiced at the last minute to make the cocktail.
The mango cocktail recipe:
- 1 shot Absolut mango
- 1 shot Midori melon liqueur
- 1/2 shot Vanilla liqueur
Pour over ice, stir and top with pineapple juice fresh from the juicer.
