Spring rolls and wontons are a great vehicle for modern dessert and sweet snacks.

This recipe is for simple but delicious jackfruit spring rolls. These are served with coconut ice cream topped with toasted coconut,
The recipe really doesn't exist. Just slice up fresh jackfruit (it must be ripe) and pat dry with a clean paper towel.
Wrap jackfruit in spring roll pastry, and store apart in the chiller, covered with a dry towel.
Deep fry in hot oil last minute, and serve with a fitting accompaniment.
We make our own ice cream, so we decided to make an ice cream coconut milk custard, shaved coconut palm sugar, fresh coconut milk and toasted coconut.
Perfect.

Fudge works fine inside spring rolls. Great with ice cream, creamy dips, caramel toffee, banana or peanut anything.
Chocolate burns at a low temperature which makes it a poor candidate, unadulterated.
Fudge is a great vehicle for chocolate to give the taste without the burn.
Banana and kaffir lime works well, but be sure to avoid them going black by working quickly, adding a little lime, and freezing immediately.
Mango is great, but can be moist, soaking through the paper and exploding in the fryer.
Keep contents dry and the skin a little thicker (use larger wonton sheets or a second layer if moist)
